these numbered bullets are created with a utility class and some specific container settings.

• Select a card with dropzone fragment
• add a container
  • choose 'flex row' as content display
  • apply the class 'ol-with-background-circle' to this container
• add two paragraphs to this container
• in the first paragraph
  • add the number that needs to be displayed
• in the second paragraph
  • select an article containing a <h2> and a <p>
• if extra items need to be added (like a CTA) correct with custom (negative) padding/margin where necessary.
